I love Pasta! however I don’t love how I feel after I consume it. You see I have a gluten intolerance and eating pasta can be very painful for me. I have been dealing with this issue for quite a few years now, where I know the consequences of eating pasta but I choose to do otherwise. Today I will be sharing my recipe for a Zesty Gluten Free Lasagne Skillet with Catelli® Gluten Free Pasta. One of the reasons I don’t maintain a Gluten free diet is because I hate the taste and texture of GF pasta, its hard to find gluten free food where you don’t have to compromise the taste and texture.
Catelli® is one of my favourite brands for sauces and pasta to use when cooking meals. They taste great and they are priced perfectly too. When I make the effort to make a Gluten free meal its one of my go to brands for cooking. The fun part about this recipe is that I was able to make my Lasagne in my Skillet. It was the first time doing it this way, I’ve seen it done like this many time so I thought I would give it a try.
