I love Pasta! however I don’t love how I feel after I consume it. You see I have a gluten intolerance and eating pasta can be very painful for me. I have been dealing with this issue for quite a few years now, where I know the consequences of eating pasta but I choose to do otherwise. Today I will be sharing my recipe for a  Zesty Gluten Free Lasagne Skillet with Catelli® Gluten Free Pasta. One of the reasons I don’t maintain a Gluten free diet is because I hate the taste and texture of GF pasta, its hard to find gluten free food where you don’t have to compromise the taste and texture. Zesty Gluten Free Lasagne Skillet With Catelli®

Catelli® is one of my favourite brands for sauces and pasta to use when cooking meals. They taste great and they are priced perfectly too. When I make the effort to make a Gluten free meal its one of my go to brands for cooking. I recently went grocery shopping and came across their Gluten Free Lasagna noodles and I picked them up to give them a try.

Here is a little fact about  Catelli®  :

Catelli® Gluten Free is an excellent alternative to wheat pasta. We’ve brought together our finest quality white and brown rice, corn and quinoa for a taste and texture that will have everyone fooled. You are now free to rediscover the taste of pasta you love. And rest assured, our gluten free pasta is produced in a dedicated gluten free facility.

The fun part about this recipe is that I was able to make my Lasagne in my Skillet. It was the first time doing it this way, I’ve seen it done like this many time so I thought I would give it a try. It turned out perfectly so I had to share it with you to add to your recipe stash. Its one of those meals that I would consider a quick meal, so get your pen and paper and get in the kitchen!
