Motivation Monday: Be that Strength
Happy Monday! now that the clocks have rolled back that means an extra hour of sleep. Its a new week filled with new opportunities, possibilities and decisions to make. As much as I don’t fancy getting up on Monday Mornings, I still think of it as a new start. A start to accomplish goals, reflect on old ones I didn’t accomplish and to regain Strength from the last week I went through. A new week to nourish my body and mind with positive thoughts and good energy to get me through a week of the unknown.
So for this week I need Strength, I have been so tired both mentally and physically. It doesn’t matter how much sleep I get, I can’t seem to feel rested and alert when I wake up. To the point where it feels like Monday everyday. I know there are people who also relate to feeling like their whole lives revolve around a miserable Monday. Where they would rather stay home in bed to avoid the day completely. I don’t want to feel like that. I have had too many of those days and I don’t want any of you to have those days anymore either. Its Monday and today I am going to Be That Strength for you and for me.
I am going to Be that Strength from yesterdays pain, Be that strength for the weak who have no will to fight because we all have those days. I am going to Be That Strength for those who have no will to live due to past hurts or mental illness. To reassure them that they are worth living, worth loving and worth fighting for.
I am going to Be That Strength for the ill who need the strength to get up and get better, whether it be from a minor cold to incurable diseases. This week I will Be that Strength for everyone! Have a great week! How will you Be That Strength this week? Let me know in the comments below.
