Motivation Monday: Be that Voice Everyday!

Motivation Monday: Be that Voice

Motivation Monday: Be that Voice

Its Monday again and the hustle and bustle of life has started for yet another week. When I started this blog which is exactly one year ago I said that one of the things that I wanted to do was a motivational day. I chose Monday’s because for one they are hard for me and I know the same can be said for the rest of society. Last week I actually sat down and decided what it was I wanted to focus on first for Motivational Monday. I came up with the phrase “Be that” followed by a noun( person place or thing) its something that spoke to me very loudly so I went with it.

Last week I started the first post which I didn’t get to share in a blog post and that Phrase was “Be that Women” I wasn’t expecting the comments and support I received so I thought why not share it with my friends here on the blog.

Be that Voice! Be that voice of the one next to you who’s screams for help go unheard. Be that Voice of the child or children who cannot articulate how they are feeling. Be that Voice for the homeless man who is too hungry to tell you when his last meal was. Be that Voice for the little girl or boy who’s innocence has been stolen. Be that Voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. Be that Voice of justice where it has been unjust.

Can you be that Voice? My goal with this “be that ” series is to have it resonate within people. We are so busy with our own lives we often forget that there are others around us who are looking for help. They may not seem to be in despair. However sometimes if we just take a moment to look around and observe our surroundings there is so much we can do help be that voice to our neighbors.

Happy Monday Friends! I pray that you will be that voice… Not only on Monday’s but everyday!

That is a huge reason I write! I write for the moments I couldn’t speak up! Be that voice is a huge part of who I am now! Great motivation for monday!

So inspiring and so true! There are so many who have no voice. Another example are the many animals that are mistreated.

I don’t think I would say to someone “be that ___” because I don’t believe in telling others how to live. but I believe that articulating and identifying ourselves in positive ways is very beneficial. It signifies how we think of ourselves. Very cool post!

I love love love the positive vibe from your post. Monday is a good pick for motivational posts. I don’t like Mondays myself, but it always helps when you see when others are cheerful.

I like to be the voice of integrity. It’s easy for most people to take the easier path, but often, they don’t do what is right. I usually am the person who’d remind others to do what is right even when no one is looking. It’s a difficult habit to break but someone has to remind them of the right thing to do.

Love this! It’s so easy to get so focused on ourselves that we forget how other people are struggling.

Great post! 🙂 Maybe a little selfish, but I want to “Be that voice” for myself! I mean that we so often encourage others, but are stuck with negative self talk in our own minds. I want to be that positive voice for myself so I can accomplish more great things in this life! <3 -Erin at http://www.stayathomeyogi.com

Congrats on the blog and the series. I would like to think that I have been that voice for many and will always continue to be that voice first and foremost in my own life and for others. 🙂

We are sometimes too focused in our own world that we forget about those who need more help than we do. It would be awesome to be able to help them out even if it means speaking out for them.

a very nice topic to think and reflect on….at times we are indeed complacent to do what we are suppose to do. This proverb actually is a command…thank you for reminding me )

Sometimes we forget the importance of speaking out for those who can’t or won’t out of fear. You have to be the one in their path that encourages them to break those chains and move forward. Love the inspiration behind this series. I think it will be a success!

I think is something that we always try to do. Help the helpless and be a voice for those who can’t help themselves.
