Kismet Essentials Oil Pulling Coco Rinse Thoughts and Review

As soon as I entered in to my 30’s life got real. I started seeing things differently in terms of my health. That I didn’t really pay attention to before. Over the last year or so a friend of mine kept talking about the benefits of oil pulling. As well as natural ways to detox my body of toxins.

I always found it intriguing that specific methods of doing certain things could add years to your life. Oil Pulling is one of those techniques that not only rids your body of Toxins, It also has alot of other benefits too. I was recently contacted by Kismet Essentials to try the Oil pulling method for myself. Well of course I agreed and today I am sharing my Kismet Essentials Oil Pulling Coco Rinse Thoughts and Review.

Oil Pulling is  technique that has been popularized back in the 1990’s. It is a technique used to improve oral and systemic health by swishing or gargling organic virgin Coconut Oil. Which draws bad toxins from the body. Some of the key benefits from oil pulling are whiter teeth, improved digestion. Clearer and softer skin, headaches and acne just to name a few. The Kismet essentials oil pulling coco rinse is specially formulated for oil pulling. Its mint flavoured to provide fresher breathe ahhhhhhh! Each kit comes with 14 Sachets to use all you have to do is tear open a sachet. Pour it into your mouth and swish it around for 10 mins then spit. Keeping in mind Oil Pulling should be done before eating, drinking or brushing your teeth for maximum effectiveness.

The Natural way to remove Toxins

I do, however recommend that you discard the oil into the garbage rather than the sink… ITS OIL! My experience using the oil pulling coco rinse was very interesting. It was my first time trying it so I really didn’t know what to expect and I will tell you each person doing this method may experience something entirely different than I did. The first time I used the rinse as I started using it I got the enormous rush of dizziness. At first I thought that I forgot to breath while pulling and I got light headed. But thinking back to it I realized that the whole point of oil pulling was to extract toxins from my body which was exactly what was happening. It just happened rather quickly for me. Next I experienced flu like symptoms my stomach started getting these weird shooting pains and I got really nauseous. This was after I had already spit out the oil. I also had a slight headache, which again in conversation with some friends these are all symptoms that could occur from oil pulling.

Overall again my experience was new to oil pulling, while the benefits are great for good health its quite evident I have alot of toxins that I need to get rid of. Will I try oil pulling again? I’m not sure would I reccomend it to someone else looking for natural ways to sustain good health? Yes I would. Have you tried oil pulling? What was your experience? Let me know in the comments below.

A friend of mine has told me about this, and I really want to try it – maybe I will today! However, I think the light-headiness may be a slight concern, does it make you feel really faint? x

You should try it. The light headed feeling is normal. Actually symptoms vary from person to person. They are all symptoms of the body detoxing
