Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was superb I spent it with the family as well as I did makeup for a wedding that I was attending. Today’s post is on the e.l.f. cosmetics smudge pots. These smudge pots are cream colour bases that can be worn alone for a wash of colour or underneath an eyeshadow that matches for added pigmentation and depth. They are also pigmented and creamy enough to be worn as a cream eye liner.
The 3 that I picked up during they’re 50% off sale are Brownie points, Poppin Party and Back to Basics they retails for $3 each and pack about 0.19 oz of product in a screw top jar.
Brownie Points: a dark copper colour that looks great on its own or paired with a gold to give a more rustic eye look
Poppin’ Party: is a deep eggplant colour which would be perfect for a night wear smokey eye.
Back to basics: is a beautiful metallic gold which looks absolutely amazing when worn as a liner.
The lasting power on these smudge pots are amazing they last quite long and don’t fade at all during wear. I didn’t experience any creasing when I wore them under shadows either. I will definitely be picking up more to add to my collection.
Have you tried Elf’s Smudge Pots what are some of your Elf faves?
