Happy New Year Friends! Can you believe another year has come and gone? Where does the time really go? Like every new year the resolutions for the better are present everywhere. I had promised myself 3 years ago that I would stop making resolutions and instead; start making realistic goals that I know I can accomplish throughout the year. I was cautious not to put  time restraints on my goals, rather I made sure that I jotted down progress notes along the way. This year my main focus is to practice Daily tips to look and feel great in 2017

2016 was a pretty rough year for myself, from countless doctors appointments to being hauled off in an ambulance, to say that I miss 2016 I would be lying. I am glad its over, I am glad that I am able to start over with new goals. For those that can also relate to what I am saying, by the end of this post with the tips that I have shared, I hope I can inspire you to also work towards looking and feeling great for the upcoming year.

After too many holiday treats with no exercise in sight or late-nights catching up with friends and family at holiday gatherings, like myself you may be left feeling more frazzled than fresh! The good news is that it’s relatively easy to get back on track if you set your mind to it. January is the perfect time *who knew* to commit to new habits to help you look and feel great. Body restoration: After all the Christmas fixings I found that my body’s natural rhythm was a little off in terms of my regularity. Sleep: Getting enough rest is essential in taking steps to better health. I am so guilty of complaining about being tired all of the time.
