We are down to the wire of Christmas preparations in my house. I have pretty much wrapped all of the gifts I need to with the exception of the few that require gift bags. The majority of my cookies have been baked just a few more dozen to go which I will work on by the time you read this post. The only thing left to do is thaw the Bird then season it. This year I am unsure of what kind of Turkey I will be making this year, as I am sure some of you may fall into the same question as well. But not to worry I have Christmas Turkey 4 ways, with 4 Wines you will enjoy this Holiday.
Christmas Turkey 4 ways, with 4 Wines you will enjoy this Holiday
You all know that I love a good wine as well as finding the perfect foods to pair them with. The both of them together makes your wine experience so much more special. Come to think of it so far for the season I haven’t had any wine at all. Which is quite unusual for me, however over the next few days as I finish preparations for Christmas this weekend I will be enjoying a glass or two of some of my favourite wines that I have featured on the blog this year. Before I go I wanted to share with you 4 options of Turkeys you can prepare and enjoy this weekend with your family. A Spanish style for those that love a little spice.
A southern style to suite those who love a good country style meal.
I also have one for traditional Turkey lovers and lastly an Indian style Turkey for the adventurous ones who love meals full of flavour.
