Well as you can see this isn’t a beauty post. Lets be real I lead a normal life with a family and baking is one of my passions. I will be sharing more lifestyle posts with you my lovely readers while I make a transition into a more lifestyle based blog.
I’ve never made Blondies before until recently. I heard alot about how delicious they were but since I am more of a cookie type person I didn’t care much for it. I added alot more peanut butter cups then required just for the extra flavour. They turned out quite good given the fact the main binder in this recipe rather than using flour it called for Chick Peas…. crazy right!

2 ripe bananas
1 3/4 cup of rolled oats
1 can of chick peas (drained)
3 tbsp of peanut flour OR peanut butter
1tsp of baking powder
2tbsp of pure honey
4 tbsp of sweetener or sugar
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/8 cup of milk chocolate chips
2 hand fulls of mini Reese’s peanut butter cups ( I used more lol)
Preheat Oven to 390F
Mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate chips and Reese cups in a food processor or blender on grind until smooth
Pour the batter into a 8×8 greased pan
Melt chocolate chips over boiling water and spread with a knife or spatula over batter
Cover top with Reese cups
Bake for 20-25 mins(depending on ovens heat)
poke with toothpick or butter knife to ensure middle is cooked
Let cool and cut into squares
