2017 Pantone Colour Of The Year Greenery Home Decor Picks
Hello friends, hope you had a great weekend, to kick off my busy week I wanted to share with you my decor choices inspired by Pantones colour of the year Greenery. Let me first start off by telling you that I am in complete love with this shade of green. When I initially found out what the colour for the year was, I didn’t picture it being as gorgeous as it is. We are and have been surrounded by greenery all our lives. From the plants we care for in our homes, to the foods we eat.
Greenery is an uplifting green shade that cane be incorporated in any room in your home. One simple ways of adding Greenery to your space is by using plants to spruce it up withoutbreaking the bank so to speak. One of my favourite plants to add in the home are succulents they are low maintenance and very hardy. One of my favourite places to shop for decor for my home is Wayfair they have a wide range of home decor pieces that are inexpensive, modern and on trend. The shipping is fast and I guarantee you will spend hours perusing each category. When I was envisioning decor pieces for this post Wayfair gives you the option to build a vision board so that you can keep track of what you like. You also have the option from your mobile device to view an item, how it will look in your room which I think is very beneficial to picking out what you want.
Now before I get carried away, here are my picks for Pantones 2017 Colour Of The Year Greenery
I love wall art, so it was a given that I would choose one for my board. In my home I have a small sitting area by the window that would definitely appreciate a little refresh with green chairs. With the pattern on the backs of the chairs it would add alot of texture to my space. Along with that a cute throw pillow to add some comfort while I am sitting down. Since I love wine as much as I do and I was just given my first decanter which is a gorgeous turquoise shade, when I laid eyes on the a green one I had to add it. Although at a $500 price point it will only be a vision for me. Faux fruit is always a cute decor piece in a kitchen, I have always loved going into model home where they would have a huge basket of fruits, none of which were ever real same goes for plants. I love the little vases that the faux plants came in, they would be the perfect addition to a front foyer table don’t you agree?
I also wanted to share a couple photos that I found on pinterest of Tablescapes inspired by Greenery, they are very simple yet they can transform your space into a breath taking place to eat.
